As the founding partner of Revolance Legal, Ms Stella Song has a wealth of experience working in the legal profession. Her fields of expertise include Property law, Migration Law, Civil Litigation, etc. Before establishing Revolance Legal, she was a partner in another law firm in Sydney. The clients that she represents range from multinational companies, mid to large sized developer, to all overseas and Australian public who require legal representation and advice. In her spare time, Stella likes to go bushwalking, cooking, and enjoy exploring and trying various new experiences and things. Stella has a combined degree of Commerce and Law from the University of Sydney, she also completed the graduate diploma of legal practice at Australian National University. She is a lawyer admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Michael completed his Masters of Law in Emory University in America. He is a lawyer admitted to practice in the People’s Republic of China and is a member of the Law Society of Shanghai. His main practice areas are criminal defence, marriage and inheritance law, company law, banking law, education and training, labour law, international trade, etc.
Michael has provided well received legal services to various companies. He is well versed in company law and foreign investment law of China, and is well trusted by the companies that rely on him for legal consultancy service. He has successfully resolved various business disputes with practical solutions and prevented the significant financial losses that the client may suffer should the dispute not be resolved promptly.
